I agree that I'm suspicious of JW's credibility. An investigation by FCC isn't warranted IMHO, though simply because we want to encourage freedom of speech. If somebody sincerely believes something is wrong and needs to be reported and no others are seen reporting the situation, its great to have a system where publicly concerned individuals can speak out regarding their concerns.

Obviously, if they fail to exhibit some self-discipline and wherewithal and make baseless or false assertions, they will quickly form an infamous reputation in regards to their credibility. That's part of risk in public speaking. No need to 'investigate' the party by the 'law'. First question that comes to mind, then, becomes what gives the 'investigators' any more credibility than those they are investigating.
