You must have. Clinton mentioned "voices of hate on the radio", in reference to 'hate radio'.. or 'kooks' as Limbaugh calls them. Right-winged Christian conspiracy radio, mostly on shortwave, such as Chuck Harder or the late William Cooper. Rush is hardly hate radio.
