I just heard on TV today that John (F.) Kerry is running for President and he is picking Davis as his vice. That's the latest rumor.

That's a double loser. Davis is a loser as a person and after November when he loses the governership he will be a double loser in spades.

I agree with dalereed. Losing a California state-wide race will nix any hopes for higher office. If I recall correctly, no Dim has taken the White House without California's electoral votes in over a century.
