The youngsters remain in their parents' custody. ......................................Gee, STILL in 'parental custody'. LOL, like those parents were fit enough to keep them on short leashes to BEGIN with. WHY aren't the little pissants in juvie hall? Well, if'n it were my kids who acted like that, I'd be DEMANDING to have them KEPT at juvie.
