As for "moderate" republicans, we have enough RINOs to immediately falsify the author's statement. However, it's always best to back such statements with facts. So let's consider that little old item called impeachment to test the author's theory. How many democrats in the house voted for any of the articles of impeachment? How many demos in the senate voted to convict? How many RINOs in the house and senate voted to look the other way at clinton's offenses? It is clear that the demo party has a stronger stranglehold on its members.
That's because ALL Dems are crooked and if they don't tow the line, they get outed.
