No. My complaint is that a jury is supposed to make a judgement based on the evidence presented, not make up far-fetched scenarios in order to exonerate a criminal because of the "bad breaks" society imposed. When the jury foreman transforms into an attorney for the defense during deliberation, that's where I draw the line.
