This, my FRiends, is why we must throw all these babies out with the bath water. They will do the deed in the dark of night on a voice vote with this piece of crap buried in an appropriation bill. Yep. My guess is that a global tax will be implemented within this decade.
The question is: "will we Americans pay it?" I've already answered that question for myself.
