Knight left IU in fall of 2000. Everyone playing regularly on the IU team this year is at least a sophomore, and was recruited by Knight. This is a team that he contructed. Also, Kirk Haston, a first round pick last year would have been a senior this year had he not packed up early.
This IU team would not have gone as far with Bob Knight on the sideline.
