WASHINGTON -- The war on terrorism is suddenly going terribly wrong. Suicide bombers serving Yasser Arafat, the world's senior and most successful terrorist, have caused U.S. policy in the Middle East to buckle and become more accommodating. So more than six months into the war on terror, terror is more vindicated as a tactic than ever before.

Not that I am a knee-jerk Bush supporter, but in fairness to him, he has repeatedly stated the war on terrorism would be long, hard, and full of seen and unseen things. I agree with him, and will therefore hold my judgement. I do think the PA and Arafat need to go, however.

Bush should be pushing for Bin-laden's inclusion at the Arab Summit for his righteous butressing of Arafat.

I honestly do not understand why we sit back and allow Israel to be constantly attacked like we have done this past year. So terrorism against the US is bad and demands and immediate war, but terrorism against one of our allies is "saddening" but requires patience and acceptance?
Bush's lack of firm principled leadership as displayed in his signing the CFR with "slight hesitation" is starting to remind me of the wavering non-committed response we are seeing to the anti-Israeli terrorism. Meet with Arafat? Are you kidding?
Its time to drop the hammer on Palestine. Enough is enough.
