I was merely pointing out that, in my opinion, the writer was misrepresenting the point that the President was trying to make. Whatever happens to Arafat, at some point, Israel will still have to negotiate some kind of peace with it's neighbors. I could be wrong, but that's the way I interpreted the remark.
