The other day I was watching Oprah, and for a minute I thought I was watching the Jerry Springer show..... Oprah had on the egregious Dr. Phil and was making a complete fool out of all the guests. Is this guy a doctor? He doesn't deserve any airtime anywhere, yet Oprah cuddles up to him and has him on her show almost DAILY. This guy truly makes you look like a fool and makes himself look like a stupid jack-ass in the process. Any fool can figure out the information that spews out of his mouth. It's not all that scientific, just a bunch of low-level nonsense.
Why does anyone watch this crap anymore???

I used to think that. I no longer do. I think the philosophy of "spiritual selfishness" (my term for her new ageism) she preaches to her mind-numbed cult is extremely destructive. They run Oprah repeats late at night here, so I've seen Dr. Phil a few times. Most of his advice is logical and quite conservative. He basically tells married couples to grow up and quit being the kind of self-absorbed juveniles that liberals teach them to be.

Otherwise, Oprah is emotion without principle, and the ultimate liberal.
