Complainants included a group of taxpayers, Planned Parenthood and the National Council of Jewish Women, which charged the law advances "Christian fundamentalism."

Excuse me! Not sacrificing your children to Molech is a Jewish thing too!!

The National Council of Jewish Women think it is OK to sacrifice other people's children too. From the NCJW web site:

On March 20, the House Judiciary Committee passed the H.R.476, the so-called "Child Custody Protection" Act (CCPA). It is expected to be voted on by the full House as early as the week of April 8. CCPA would make it a crime for anyone except a parent to accompany a minor across state lines to obtain abortion services, if the minor has not already met her home state's parental involvement laws. This law does not make exceptions for other trusted adults, including: adult siblings, grandparents, or clergy. Besides the fact that there is no other law or proposed law which requires a person to carry their state laws with them as they travel, this bill would cruelly isolate young women in times of crisis. This might lead young women to pursue dangerous alternatives such as self-induced abortions or seeking a backalley abortion.
