Arafat's going to be toast. The Israelis will show Powell the stuff they got. Powell will get copies, and he will be the courier as he takes them to other nations. The Israelis got what they came for: The smoking gun memos.
The massage is going to be pretty clear. Arafat is toast, and is probably headed for exile in Morocco - as far from Israel and the holy cities as possible while still staying in the Arab world. There will be new Palestinean leadership, and they will be on notice.
Oh, and there's also going to be a close eye on Saddam. The first time he so much as TWITCHES, he's gonna wish he hadn't - if he lives.

The Israelis are going to hand over the Bill of Goods they've got on Arafat and Fatah's command structure, monies, and front groups. Powell knows that he's being lied to by Yasir. He's not the marshmallow that a lot of you people think he is.
Arafat is toast. Bush basically bypassed him in his speech. Arafat will be told that his disruption efforts on behalf of his old friend Saddam will not affect our intentions towards Baghdad.
Arafat will be told: get with the program, or else.
