From the time it was signed into law I have called it the Gestapo Law. Section 802 will come back to bite us as it has no "sunset" provision.
The shocking part is the both houses voted for it before reading it because it was not put in printed form when they voted. Great republicrat/democrat leadership. Shame on all of them. Of course, don't forget the attack on free speech vis a vis; the CFR in addition, all the cameras placed in public places.

There isn't a new criminal law needed. Enforcement of existing laws is needed.

The pattern I see is horrifying. IMO, America is now a police state. Only Bush's morals and character have prevented this from being recognized.

On another thread some time ago, someone commented that the entire act was unnecessary. One line could have been added to an earlier law to create the same effect. However, that would not have been enough for the powers-that-be.
