the church leadership who opened the political correct gates to accept homosexuals

Alright, now I'm confused. This harkens back to my earlier question: Is there evidence that there has been laxer standards for priests since Vatican II?

I don't know what kind of evidence you can reasonably expect beyond anecdotal evidence, and there seems to be quite a bit of that. Considering the fact that there are numerous seminaries in numerous dioceses, I should think it would be hard to produce the sort of scientific evidence of lower standards you seem to be asking for.

The number of cases in the last 30 years speaks for itself. I go back further than that and it was unknown. The worst was some Priests drank.

It may not have anything to do with Vatican II but more related to the Church in its innocence being corrupted by those with their own modern agendas. Dissent and becomming political correct became fashionable. Pope John Paul was devoted to travel and relating to other faiths. I hope that God grants him the life and the will to live long enough to correct what he has overlooked.
