I was always under the impression that powers of observation were a requirement for all FBI agents. This dumb schmuck can't even tell the difference between a Honda and a Pontiac. Of what value would this agent's testimony as a witness be in court if asked to recount his view of a crime scene? Doesn't speak well of the competence level of that agent at all.
Now we are living in the age of political correctiveness and affirmative action.
All is required is a taste for blood and a love for breaking the bones of people who cannot fight back and the love of the aroma of children being burned alive.
