There seems to always be some good reason right before summer starts that oil prices suddenly went up.

A lot is due to re-formulating and scrubbing out tanks for the summer gas. Got to hate these environmentalists.

Yes some of it is the environmentalists. I'm just noticing that every year in late March, I look forward to summer trips and am glad that gas prices aren't ridulous but by the beginning of May they are. This year it's the fault of Venezuela but the same thing has gone on every summer.
