Once again, we see Kristol's tactic. He criticizes Bush and puts forth a policy which is the most belligerent, appeals to the more emotional and volatile segments of the right, and stands back to watch the divisions appear.
I'll bet he has done this at least 20 times since Bush was sworn in.
Someone needs to tell Mr. witness that if someone in this White House leaks...it's to the Washington Times, not Post. A dead giveaway that whole story is pig slop.
