I believe this is exactly right. I can't disagree with anything in this article, and remember President Bush even said there would be things going on behind the scenes that would not be in the open(maybe Venezuela too?). Unless I'm way out in left field, I believe we are seeing some brilliant strategy.

You're right about the brilliant strategy. Case in point: while calling for Israel to withdraw "without delay" the Administration has always, at the same time called for Arabs to denounce Homicide/Suicide bombers. No arab has done so, so Israeli failure to withdraw is OK. Sharon is not defying the President as the media would have you believe.
