Is there anyone who doubts that we'll have bombs going off in crowded NYC locations by the end of the year?

We need to make it clear that we will find those who ordered or sponsored the bombing and kill them quickly.
If that doesn't deter them, we need to make it clear with more drastic means that the bomber's cause will be harmed beyond belief, with massive and disproportionate destruction.
