While I don't doubt the earnestness of your new neighbor, unless the Arabs have several really large nukes or a lot of small ones, I don't believe Israel will be obliterated. And I suspect our response would be devastating. So while it may come to that, I wouldn't hit the panic button yet- just keep a weather eye peeled in that direction.
Well, I also don't believe Israel will be obliterated. However, why do you only suspect the "Arabs" of planning to nuke Israel?
Let me add more details that I've not posted yet.
He said that many of the nukes that were left behind in all the Russians countries, (can't spell them and not going to go find a map, but - all the ones with stan at the end....well, my neighbor said that the Iranians "got some of those nukes." What "some" means - I asked him. He couldn't say.
