Funny, isn't it?
All those musicians and Hollywood-types who banded together and recorded "Ain't Gonna Play Sun City" and all those Universities that boycotted companies doing business there in the 1980s are conspicuously silent on South Africa's current social pathologies.
What happened to all these enlightened folks with such good intentions? Where are the howls of rage against baby-rape from Whoopie, Bruce Springsteen, Danny Glover and such?
I listen and hear nothing. It's a good thing I'm not holding my breath.
