It's not enough to let Zell Miller, (and others), belittle and mock McKinney's looniness. Not this time. There's a method to McKinney's madness. She was tasked by the black caucus with sending up this trial balloon, and if it's not shot down now, other black democrats will use it against republicans in fall elections and beyond.

The RNC should have already plastered the internet with photos of McKinney kissing (up to)President Bush at his State of the Union speech to prove that either she doesn't believe her own spew, or she's a monumental hypocrit.

That's kind of what I figured- trial ballons were a hallmark of The Most Ethical Administration in All Recorded History. And also a way of "pushing the envelope" to see just how much ourageousness they could get away with. Which turned out to be quite a lot, didn't it?

I certainly think an investigation is called for- if "no evidence" is the standard for the President, surely "some" evidence is good enough for a "representative...."

Who cares? The guy who actually pulled the trigger will always be the bad guy for me.

If Kennedy had lived, there was an excellent chance that he would have gone down in defeat in the '64 elections.

Think about it: No Cum-a-lot memorials; no Bobby crap; Teddy loses re-election; no LBJ; no Great Society.

As big a scumbag as Kennedy was (bigger than the Toon), the benefits of keeping him alive far outweighed the benefits of offing the louse, at least to conservatives.

So, if you're really a conservative, curse L.H. Oswald, or whoever you think did the deed.

Nope. The mob did it. Yeah, that's it. They probably control the clean up crews, not to mention the union labor it will take to build whatever is re-built on the site. It was a big mob hit.

Cynthia fills the guttless void in Washington. The media welcomes her couragous posturing providing notaritity. Outside of our rarified circle of cultural intellectuals, this state and country is populated buy a vast population people just like her. We need to thank Cynthia for presenting herself and constituents for what they are. This is your fifth column in the open.

Not this AM- Taffy the Rat Hunter got me up at 3:00 to kill a fat old rat under the house- which she nailed, altho it woke my wife up, too. alnick sent me this:

-Some McKinney Contributors Support Terrorist Groups--

It may be that enough of this very damaging information will further tighten the race she is in. I truly hope so, she is an offense to all decent people.

she needs a job as a night janitor at a junior high school

she doesn't deserve a higher paying job.(reference nyc custodians)or one that is needed more than what she has.

Who's running against McKinney? Hannity said yesterday, there's two days left to register to run against her.

Pulled from the "McKinney's accusation is simple idiocy" post:

Like the incumbent, Judge Majette is a black female. This fact is going to pose a problem for Daddy and daughter, who can play a race card better than Willie Nelson can sing ''Amazing Grace.'' But, trust me, they will find a way.
