"This is the sort of quackery elevated to the level of fine art in Oliver Stone’s JFK—"....

IMO, Oliver Stone got it more right than wrong!! McKinney is another story. But anyone who has watched the History Station and seen "The Men Who Killed Kennedy", or has read on the JFK assassination would know Stone is real close. To me the greatest, most important scene of the movie was Donald Sutherland's speech in D.C. to Costner. Very well done.

Who cares? The guy who actually pulled the trigger will always be the bad guy for me.

If Kennedy had lived, there was an excellent chance that he would have gone down in defeat in the '64 elections.

Think about it: No Cum-a-lot memorials; no Bobby crap; Teddy loses re-election; no LBJ; no Great Society.

As big a scumbag as Kennedy was (bigger than the Toon), the benefits of keeping him alive far outweighed the benefits of offing the louse, at least to conservatives.

So, if you're really a conservative, curse L.H. Oswald, or whoever you think did the deed.
