Washington, DC) Judicial Watch, the public interest law firm that investigates and prosecutes government corruption and abuse

Excellent observation. JW is likely to do less and less litigating and more and more "investigating." JW never had any intention of being an actual litigation law firm. Larry Klayman has never even had a jury trial. I don't think that anyone at JW has much if any civil jury trial experience. Certainly not enough to handle the cases that they are taking on.
In a wierd way, it is a blessing to JW that almost all of their cases get thrown out of court before they get to trial. Come to think of it, it's probably better for the clients, too, most of the time.

One of my problems with JW is how they set themselves up to lose, then claim government bias.
Luis, you have hit the nail squarely on the head! All of (or maybe both of ) the JW syncophants should read your post and ponder it at great length.
I have seen this phenomena over and over again. At first you think that they are stupid, ignorant, or incompetent, but finally you realize that the loss was by design or at least desired.
And certain people wonder why we don't like JW or have any respect for them or their work.

No, the real question is why you said, UNTRUTHFULLY, that Klayman called this a suicide?I haven't said that Mr. Klayman called it suicide. I said that I called it suicide. And that was before I saw all of your evidence that makes either murder or suicide seem implausible. If you keep that up, I may become reluctantly persuaded that the Government has been right about the crash and death all along.
You and I need to continue to work closely together if we're going to find the solution to this mystery. If we can persuade Judicial Watch to be more forthcoming, we will perhaps be several steps closer to the truth.
The public needs the truth. We need greater transparency over at Judicial Watch.

Larry can be expected to exit when things get hot enough and the jig is up. Few who know him will will be surprised. He seems to have made contingency plans for the inevitable time when the con game crashes.I certainly hope that Mr. Klayman won't "exit" either from this country or from this world. But the "over my dead body" threats do seem somewhat ominous.
Has anyone brought these threats to the attention of his family?

A "2000" congratulations...... I think I read somewhere just recently (maybe in a comment about the audit work that he'd have to do) that 'eWW' had something less than 40 employees. If that's correct then you are on target with the number of lawyers in the mix... Hey maybe this is intern work.....

JW doesn't dumb-down the people. And this year, JW is educating us all on the true parameters of the Fifth Amendment.

Shouldn't I get an award or something? I know! I've got a Certificate of Appreciation around here somewhere from Judicial Watch. I'll just mark it up so that it says that FreeRepublic recognizes my achievement in being both that 1700th and the 2000th poster on the same thread. I'll wager that not many Freepers have done that!
JW has a lot more fundraising/publicity type people than lawyers, which should tell you something.

And I'm sure I could come up with half a dozen more problems with your suicide DIVERSION if I tried ... but its not worth the trouble.
BAD WEATHER or SUICIDE?
Let's withhold judgment until we've seen all the evidence! Stop the Judicial Watch cover-up!

Because you cannot comprehend simple English? I have said all along that I gave money in the beginning. It just didn't take me that long to figure out he was a creep. It's not my fault you believe in him.
To: Luis Gonzalez
"I would like to point out that you yourself called Larry a liar on that thread."I have never called Larry Klayman a liar. If you really believe so, I would like you to document that for me as well as everyone else on that thread.
To: Iwo Jima
Whatever, I don't believe you.

"The public needs the truth. We need greater transparency over at Judicial Watch."And what in the world does Judicial Watch have to do with the death of Ron Brown? Poor Larry only asked for an autopsy and now you accuse him of covering up the real circumstances behind Brown's death because he doesn't want a politically motivated IRS audit?
To: Amelia
"Weren't you saying, oh maybe 1000 posts back, that your little college political group wanted to raise some money for JW because all the elected officials in your area were GOP already, the area was wealthy and the local GOP well-funded, and you thought JW was a worthy cause? (As if $25MM doesn't qualify as well-funded...)"We were THINKING about it, this was never an affirmative decision. It is true that this was my idea, but my group has an executive board and I am not just some demagogue that can do whatever I wish with our funds and activities, plus I would never do that any, I happen to like team-work. Besides, whatever I do with the group, is different from what I act on as an individual.
