By using the word
"Beneficial", I was questioning whether or not politically motivated IRS audits do anything to advance the cause of freedom and liberty in this country. The answer is that it doesn't. When the IRS picks and chooses who to audit, without any proof of criminal wrongdoing and without any set publically published guidlines on how they decide who to audit, that is not Equal Protection under the Law, it is instead blatantly biased law.
The IRS isn't even a Constitutionally valid entity.
He's being audited. Get over it.
