Considering the fact that the Clinton years gave us a booming economy, less crime, less teenage pregnancy, welfare reform, a successful war in Bosnia, and at least an attempt to bring peace in the Middle East before everything spun out of control -- I do not view his reputation in needed of rehabilitating.

The booming economy that President Reagan set up only continued during the "Clinton Bubble" (or the "Bubba Bubble") because Clinton and his minions took campaign cash from the likes of Enron, Global Crossing, and Arthur Andersen to "look the other way" in their regulatory capacity.
In other words, the "Bubba Bubble" was fed by bribing Clinton Administration officials.
