No it wouldn't. The law only applies to TV/Radio advertisements, not print. So we can feel free to continue to expose all of Ms. McKinney's traitorous activities.

Her constituency is a computer guaranteed gerrymandered collection of brain damaged Georgians. They are too ignorant to spot a psychopathic grifter. They lack the vision to see how they are unappreciated captives on the DNC plantation.
It is time for the Republicans to once again march through Georgia, like General Sherman, once again to scorch the earth clean of Democrats, once again to liberate the enslaved.

Sorry the link below is to a paid subscription, but there appears to be someone willing to take her on. Perhaps if someone had access to this data from another source, that would be good.
McKinney challenger eagerly steps to the plate
Author: BEN SMITH, STAFF Date: 04-18-2002 Publication: The Atlanta Journal and Constitution Page Number: JA.1
Denise Majette took her first public swing at U.S. Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-Ga.) last week after the incumbent she's seeking to oust from office tossed her what looked like a political softball. Political observers say McKinney may have handed Majette

I can't believe that people/organizations were even thinking of making donations to political warchests on September 11.
Didn't they have something more important to think about? Geez!
To: The Old Hoosier
Several days ago Neal Boortz posted a list of contributors on his website that included Governor Roy Barnes, Coretta Scott King, and Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin among others.

Alamoudi gave McKinney $2,000 on Sept. 11, 2001, according to a Federal Election Commission (FEC) report. Another three of the seven donors contributions were also received on that date.I have no direct knowledge or evidence that Rep. McKinney received gratuities or hush money from terrorist organizations for her efforts in bringing about the events of Sept. 11th, 2001, but I think a full investigation would shed some light on it.

Lets see how big this gets! It won't get too big before it gets swept under the rug.
To: Brownie74
Here's how big it's getting. There appears to be a viable candidate against McKinney.

It is the moral responsibility of the Republican Party to run and financially support a competent candidate against this vermin, in the amazingly gerrymandered district in Georgia infested by this monster. If the Republicans could raise MLK from the grave and give him millions to run against this nut job, he wouldn't have a chance. The R in front of his name would doom him in that district.

shes a f@#$$% ing TRAITOR!!!!
To: P8riot
Majette enters the race with a key asset -- she isn't Cynthia McKinney.
Majette argues what the people need is a representative who cares more about improving education in DeKalb County than in improving education in Iraq. You're right - this could get interesting. I love a good cat fight, don't you?

Somebody should find out more about the Palestinian on McKinney's staff who -- at least ostensibly -- quit after the flap over McKinney's letter to the Saudi prince.
