We already have a program like that at my house, and it didn't take the government to institute it. But then, we're not French either.

Let's 'word it' properly. The 'Child Care Credit' to Save Social Security. We need future American workers to pay into Social Security. Stay at home moms will be considered by the state as a licensed day care provider and will receive appropriate subsidies and tax incentives. {;~)

But this isn't the U.S.. It's France. They have a traditionally stronger government. Their right wing doesn't have our right-libertarian leaning. It's totally different, and a lot of it is just what France needs.

Yes, in a heartbeat, as long as the woman was married to a man. I believe Bush advocates this. At least, I sincerely hope so.

Children raised at home, by "stay-at-home" moms are smarter, less likely to do drugs, less likely to commit suicide, and less likely to do jail time. It's been proven many times over the past few years.

Moms raising children at home, with a Dad supporting them all, WORKS best over all.I am in favor of anything that raises kids to think for themselves, and produce, and not be a freeloader parasite on society.
