Most folks would have a problem with states legalizing what they consider to be murder. If the people of (say) Alaska decide that assisted suicide should be legal, why should someone in (say) Pennsylvania tell them otherwise?
Suppose Alaska enacted a law that provided that all folks over 70 would be killed? Is that any concern for Pennsylvanians?
