America journalists are to lazy and biased to take note.

I've heard Prof. Volokh a few times on talk radio shows in Los Angeles.
He's smart and strong for the 2nd Amendment.
I still find it amazing that he managed to "sneak under the radar" and be on the
faculty of the UCLA Law School.
The rest of the faculty must have been drunk, high or having some New-Age
ecstatic hallucinations on the day they voted to hire him.
...or maybe he just "knows where all the bodies are buried"...
