Alan Keyes, the man who should have been president, or should be sitting on the Supreme Court...

I would love for nothing more the Mr Keyes to have an active role within this adminstration, but is he even a lawyer nevermind a judge to even be considered for a position on the USSCOTUS?

I don't necessarily want a lawyer. I want someone who is familiar with the history and intent of the constitution, which is the area in which Keyes got his doctorate. He could pick a a few law courses and know more law than half the idiots now graduating..

There is no legal requirement that justices of the Supreme Court be lawyers.
