As if home prices weren't high enough, an upcoming rule regulating radon in drinking water might raise the cost of your next home. Oddly, a provision of the 1996 amendments to the Safe Drinking Water Act enables the Environmental Protection Agency's drinking water office get in the business of regulating indoor air quality.

I am so glad that Mr. Bush is our president. Can you imagine a Kate McGinty given the slack in her leash the regulations would allow.

Ray Don Gas, I know him well, a French-Canadian country and western singer, he stopped by the other day and we looked at a platbook of local property. Later, we went fishing and noticed the local beavers, silent cunning knaves that they are, had downed a few trees, apparently with axe, taking only the uppermost branches to clog a local trout stream. O! Will the travesties never end!
