Poor taste yard ornament trash and pink/purple house paint can lower the desirability of your neighborhood also. Do these people deserve to be forcibly removed?If it's a crack house, hell yeah!
Get rid of the riff-raff!!!
Not a crackhouse or drugs, just uncultured, piggish people, who live and decorate differently from you and your neighbors, to the point that it distracts from the conformity of the neighborhood, but not to the point that it is illegal.
Have them removed as well?
