Local control is a great idea. Who knows, maybe local debate will even catch on. Having seen those sympathetic to your approach repeatedly remind us all that there's no need to debate this topic, it's clear that until then, lots of impressively irrational fear-mongering from one side will apparently have to do.

And they're going to use the same New Deal Commerce Clause that empowers the federal government to prohibit marijuana to do it.
