If they are so enlightened they should permit ALL speech and expression.
This is a silly ruling from a nation of silly people.
That makes me wonder just who this "blue haired freak" is going to approach in order to fill his "dance card". Will he approach guys? Will any of them agree? I seriously doubt it.
If I were attending this prom, I would suggest that every time this freak took the dance floor, that everyone else took a seat.
