HLC: Belgrade leadership responsible for Strpci abduction
16:40

BELGRADE, Friday The Belgrade Rail Company has submitted to court authorities documentation confirming that top military, police and civilian officials of Serbia and Yugoslavia knew of the plan to abduct Bosnian Muslim passengers from the Belgrade-Bar train in 1993 and took no steps to prevent it, the Belgrade-based Humanitarian Law Center reports today.

The rail company learned of the plan on 28 January 1993 and on 1 February informed the competent Serbian and federal agencies. The abduction, however, was carried out as planned at 3.50 p.m. on 27 February 1993 at the Strpci railway station, writes the NGO in a press release today.

Serbian and Yugoslav state agencies clearly covered up information on the abduction in order to shield from responsibility numerous senior officials of the Yugoslav Army, Serbian police and government bodies, it alleges.

The documentation in question was submitted on May 7 this year to the Bijelo Polje High Court in Montenegro. It was read out six days later by the court president at the trial of Nebojsa Ranisavljevic, who stands accused of the abduction of 19 passengers from the train at Strpci and their murder.

The Humanitarian Law Center writes: Disclosure of this documentation is a direct indication that the abduction of the passengers was planned and carried out with the knowledge of top civilian, police and military officials of Serbia and Yugoslavia of the day. The Humanitarian Law Center therefore urges the competent court to institute an investigation to determine the responsibility of officials who knew of the plan, approved its implementation, or protected those responsible from criminal prosecution. Albanian Brit, you are full of it. You waste your time on FR. Perhaps you could volonteer to be an expert witness of prosecution in The Hague. Who knows, you might even get 'protected witness' status.

Author of the article is Natasa Kandic, contract hand of ICTY in Belgrade. Cut from the same cloth as Jane Fonda.

ABrit, now that the "cat" is out of the bag so to speak I find it hard to blame anyone for wanting Muslims to dissappear. One has to ask one self why is NATO and the U.N. still protecting the militant Albanian Muslims unless they find them useful allies in their quest of world domination. Why is China selling high speed attack boats to Iran other than to destabilize the Gulf region and to help China attack American assets as it is planning to do!

I don't see the word "Albanian" anywhere in the article. ABrit is full of manure.

Dream on DTA, the reality is that a lot of Serbs will be swinging in the breeze, and deservedly so, and there's nothing your tiny post can do about it.

Now that's realy terrible! If there's 'sufficient' evidence then the 'culprits' should be tried in Serbia. Not in a 'kangaroo' court at the Hague, where 'justice' is upside down.

Serbia and Yugoslavia knew of the plan to abduct Bosnian Muslim passengers from the Belgrade-Bar train in 1993

Some Democrates are charging that President Bush knew of the 'plan' to 'bomb' the WTC. What do think Abrit? Are you Brits plotting to take Bush to the Hague and give him the Serb treatment?

FORTUNATELY, alot of albanian muslim extremists have ALREADY hung in the breeze for killing, raping and abducting Serbs, Jews and Romas during the 1980s and 1990s....thanks to a certain group of JUSTICE SEEKING CITIZENS of Yugoslavia.

And, there is NOTHING your pathetic little post can do about it.

Take you muslim-extremist/klintoon loving backside outta here... this is an ANTI-KLINTOON site!!

What's up, Shipos? Yugoslavs are incapable of justice? Only Albanians have the capacity for it? I thought you were into drugs, arms, white slavery and racketeering.
