THEY HAD SEVEN AND A HALF MONTHS, for cryin' out loud!!! Heck, they should have dismantled al Qaueda RETROACTIVE to THREE YEARS AGO to the article in Time magazine!!! ANYTHING ELSE IS GROSS IMCOMPETENCE!!!

The fact is that Clinton was warned in 1995 by the Philipines that Al Qaeda was planning to fly planes into the WTC and the CIA Headquarters and he just send it to the congress.
