My 8mm Mauser has a sling, but I don't know if it's "cuffed" or not... can someone tell me what a "cuffed" sling is?

Cuffed slings are two piece slings where the belt goes back and forth to the rifle and then at the arm there is a very wide "cuff" that attaches to the belt. The cuff will have a rubber interior to grab the rubber on the shooting jacket. The rubber to rubber contact with the extra wide surface stops the cuff from shifting. The hook on the jacket stops the belt from slipping down. Now you can see why none of this is legal in this match.

The cuffed sling is at the front of the mat. To give you and everyone else an idea about this match, nothing in this picture is legal except the timer.
