Since these assaults took place near where the body was found, it raises further questions as to why this area was not searched thoroughly last summer. I believe the cadet search took place in mid-July which would be after the second assault described here.

Am i missing this but it does not look like this person killed any of the two victims. Just assaulted and thats it.
