I suppose this Guandeque commited the Starbucks murders, too?

Crikey, that case was solved a long time ago...get with the program.

That is a case that never got the attention it deserved; A triple homicide undiscovered for hours with nothing taken. The closing Manager was a former White House intern. Someone should take all of the suspicious deaths in all of the past admins and compare them with the number of ones that occurred in the Xlinton admin.

Actually, as a resident of the Dupont Circle area, I must side with the out-of-towner on this one. There's still that unsolved Starbucks murder re the Starbucks at R & Connecticut. That Asian-American woman who worked as a lawyer for the EPA? But I'm generally with the program here: even if there is a serial something out there, I don't believe in coincidences. I think Conduit did this. It's just not a coincidence that he got rid of her just when his wife was coming to town, just when it was important to, just when he had his last opportunity to, just when Chandra told her aunt she had some big news, etc etc.
