Why would you bomb an apartment complex at 1130 AM on a weekday if you wanted to inflict a large number of casualties?

Just to instill fear into the hearts of America would be my best guess. You can't begin to tell me that 4 days ago the FBI warns of this exact thing and yet you still don't believe terroists to be involved?

Right. The guy in Cuba apparently throws about 100 possible targets and for the sake of political CYA, the govt. publicly airs them all (so they can't say "you didn't tell us"). So anything along these lines that happens, we all start getting just a little afraid. Terrified, you might say. We need to wage this war efficiently and mercilessly. The guy on MSNBC, btw, almost seems to want it to be terrorism.
