Good news! I was in both "Borders" and "Barnes and Noble" today and both are carrying "Goodbye! Good Men" in hardcover. Unfortunately, they were in the Christianity section and not in the front of the store. So... I took a bunch of them in both stores and moved them up to the front racks... then, I put the remaining copies of Goodbye! at eye level in the Christianity section (well, eye level if you are 5'2") - they had been on the bottom shelf because they were filed alpha.

Excellent work. I was looking for the book in B&N and didn't see it. I'm going to go back and do exactly as you did (while turning all the Anti-Catholic books spine out). I encourage others to do likewise.
