Look in the mirror, Mr.Daschle. Here is a quote from Barney Frank as he proposed an amendment to cut funding to the CIA in 1997:
But let us reject now the argument that says it is a more dangerous place.
There are some great quotes from Patsy Schroeder, too.
The crayfish, as it seems Daschle and company have been doing a lot of backpeddling lately.
Saw tiny tommy and his money grubing wife on T.V. the other day. They were singing "God Bless America", tiny tommy looked like he did'nt know the words. His grubing wife was so busy looking around, she did'nt even try to pretend that she knew the words.
Our next president and his wife, I don't fu**ing think so.
The traitor and his grubing wife, great couple they deserve one another. I suspect that she wears the pants in that house.
She has to, tiny tommy wears shorts.
Then again, it may be that we don't know what we don't know.
Uh Tommy, all you had to do was pick up the phone and ask. This constant display of stupidity is entertaining to those of us who know the facts, but you're putting our country in danger.
So... SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP!
We also know now that in 1998 the FAA specifically warned about planes being hijacked by Bin Laden followers. FAA Warned of Bin Laden in 1998
Shouldn't Daschle then Minority leader, who met regularly with Clinton, have known about this? Congress funds the FAA. I am not surprised if Clinton refused to tell the Republicans. There has never been a more partisan President or Administration.
Then I think about the deliberate way that the democrats kept Bush from getting his team in place. First Clinton refused to let the Transition Team have the normal briefings they should have had while Gore drug out the election process. Then the Senate Committees, because of Democrats, deliberately refused to allow hearings to confirm Bush appointees so he could put his own people into his administration. I wonder if even now he has all the people confirmed that he needs.
Who is really to blame? I don't think someone who had only been in office eight months with his hands partially tied, is to blame for 9/11, but I surely do think that the blame CAN be placed, and I'm furious
Your husband must have seen right through him, becuz he tried to pick me up - and right in front of my wife! She hit him with her purse, and he went on to someone else!
"The following is an excerpt from Mr. Daschle that he no longer believes President Bush knew about the 9/11 attack.
""We were told on that particular morning that the president had received a particular set of facts that he may or may not have received. He has denied having received that information. And we accept that," the South Dakota Democrat said on NBC's "Meet the Press."
Mr. Daschle added: "If he says he didn't receive it, I'm not going to challenge that. What I'm going to say is, why didn't he receive it?""
Mr. Daschle, the American people already knew the President did not know. The question is, Why didn't you know it, or investigate before making such a commotion? We are tired of partisan politics. You are the one who is representing South Dakota in Washington. It may be time for a change."

OK, so here are your questions Major League Daschole:
1) Who were the "We" besides you that were told?
2) Exactly who was it that told you?
3) Through what medium was this information transferred to you?
4) What exactly was the statement made?
5) Why did you believe this person, i.e. what credentials does this person have that you would believe them over the President?
6) What types of substatiated information has this person delivered to you in the past to set up such an unquestionable track record?
7) Will you ever believe information from this person again without question?
8) How did this person(s) obtain this information?
9) Do you believe everything that someone tells you if you WANT to believe it?
10) How are you going to apologize to the President?
11) Are you man enough to apologize?
---------------------
The only thing that will be good enough for me is when Daschle is no longer the Majority Leader because he lost his seat in a South Dakota election!
We know he knew.
Right?
