What a surprise!
To: kattracks
The cause of her death may never be determined.
If new or different evidence arises, it will be considered.

They determined it was Murder. I wonder if this might be the beginning
of the end for Condidit? (I doubt it).

this is very sad but not unexpected. gary...oops, i mean the killer made sure there would be no DNA or evidence, this is so anticlimatic. only gary and his comrades know the truth.
To: kattracks
There is no DNA testing going on at this time. Circumstances and evidence found at scene allows for homicide determination.

If she was pregnant the young embryo would have decayed into nothing. At the early stages all a baby is is soft tissue.

Most of the bones recovered.
Medical Examiner said they can't tell if she was pg or not and he refuses to answer anymore questions on that.
The cause of death is not known. He has signed off on Death Certificate, however, if anything new is discovered in the future, they will "look into it."
Her death was homocidal in nature, but he can't make any more comments on that.

How about Congressman Condit's thumbprint on her forehead?
What does that suggest to the medical examiner?
