Uh, make that cattle with no rights - period. What about people who may die as a result of such an injection (dangerous allergic reactions, for one?) Parents most often know what their child can and cannot tolerate. What if there's a conflict in such a case? The "health worker" better be darn careful.
This legislation needs further fine-tuning or people will die as a result of efforts to protect them. Not good.
Children die in this country from forced vaccinations and the dear old government still keeps passing more and more mandates. Most parents have NO idea of the deaths and permanent health damage from these vaccinations and thus go blindly along trusting in the government to know best. The same thing will happen with these new and improved gobermint powers IMHO.
The "health worker" is protected against prosecution or liability in these emergencies. If anyone dies then too bad. Just read the "fine print".
