Group threatens schools with litigation over homosexual agenda

A pro-family advocate is putting schools and homosexual activists on notice, that they will pay a price if they harm children with their advancement of an unhealthy lifestyle. David Miller of the Cincinnati-based group Citizens for Community Values (CCV) says homosexual groups have targeted schools with their propaganda, because they see children as a way to change public perceptions about their lifestyle. Miller says pro-family groups have been looking for a way to cut off the homosexual groups’ access to children. He says what these organizations are actually doing is contributing to an atmosphere that could actually harm these children and CCV is trying to expose that agenda. At the same time, CCV lets school officials know what the agenda is -- and how the schools could be placed at risk of litigation from students or their parents. Miller says the collective pro-family movement has attempted to educate the public about the danger of homosexuals targeting children. He says education alone has not turned the tide. Miller says a more proactive approach is needed to stop the indoctrination.

If victims and parents can sue the Catholic Church for knowingly allowing homosexual child molesters into their ranks, why can't the schools be similarly sued?

So, the school promotes the gay agenda couched in "diversity" or some such claptrap. The kid turns out gay, and dies of AIDS. If you can convince a jury that the kid wouldn't have been gay without the propaganda, I think you've got something actionable.

IF they can PREACH against smoking....then it makes TOTAL sense to preach against homosexuality - where AIDS leads to death faster than nicotine, not to mention the "other" diseases associated with sexual activity promoted in the schools. Use the arguments similar to those presented by long-term smokers. The Homosexual advocacy concentration on the activities at the total exclusion of the related death statistics sets up even those who would be gay with a false perspective. When they die at the statistical homosexual life expectancy of 41, use the "they lied" argument...

I think parents who haven't bailed out of government schools ought to take a look at invoking sexual harassment law agaisnt not only the homosexuals, but also the sex ed cartel in general.

They are creating a "sexually hostile" environment.
