The third world needs trade more than aid......

Trade for what? How is there to be economic trade with an area that produces nothing but corruption and superstition?
They need to slap on a condom or shut their legs and stop depending on the American white man to clean up their mess.
"Areas" never produce anything, people do. Given the incentive of having at one's disposal (owning) that which one creates with one's body and mind, all people of the world
will produce and offer their efforts in trade. History has shown time and again this incentive to be more effective than the threat of violence.
There is not an area on the globe that if inhabited by free men would produce nothing.
