In the first place, Kurt Freund's conclusion is not backed up by his evidence. He may have claimed that homosexuals molest no more than heterosexuals in order to save his funding and peace of mind in politically correct Canada.

In the second place, Dr. Cameron's work is far from discredited and he quite the American Psychological Association for what were prescient reasons. His research on homosexuals closely dovetails with the University of Chicago's research on the perverts.

The FRC merely has presented statistics which I have no reason to doubt.

This is no reason for the division into
the "all gays are saints and must be exulted as a group (GLSEN position)", and
the "all gays are sinners and must be punished as a group" camps.

Why not just punish those that break the law and leave it at that ?
In that way, more gays would be jailed for sex offences than their proportion in the population and those that choose to lead otherwise legal lives would be able to do so. I figure that should make most people happy.

Accepted by who (whom?)? I had believed that the 10% figure had actually been throughly refuted and that the "accepted" figure was between 1-3%, with 3% being considered generous.
