Nita any idea who this David Frasca is...he turns up in to many of these new stories...

The only information I could find on him was put on this thread. You can do a browser search on him to find a few articles I posted that included his name.

I have been searching for David Frasca and Michael Maltbie and not having any luck in finding anything about them..

I wonder who appointed them to the supervisory postions....
